Our story

Kalea Enterprises was started for a specific reason: to do the unglamorous work that determines whether a digital business actually functions, with the kind of care that only a small, focused practice can provide.

After more than a decade of building marketing infrastructure for digital businesses — funnels, automations, tracking, the wiring behind the wiring — the same pattern kept appearing. Smart founders with strong ideas, held back by implementation that was either rushed, fragmented across too many freelancers, or quietly broken in ways nobody had measured.

The agencies that promised to fix it were optimized for scale, not for craft. The freelancers were optimized for delivery, not for thinking. What was missing was a small, accountable practice — one that could see the whole picture, do the work properly, and leave the client more independent at the end than they were at the beginning.

That's what Kalea Enterprises is. A consultancy that takes implementation seriously as its own discipline. That writes things down. That hands them over cleanly. And that treats every engagement as something to be done well, not just done.

How we think

Four principles we don't compromise on.

Clarity over cleverness

The best implementation is the one your team can read, audit, and adjust six months from now without calling us back. We optimize for legibility, not sophistication.

Written, not spoken

Scopes, recommendations, and handovers are written documents. Not because we don't talk — we talk a lot — but because what's written is what survives.

Independence as the goal

The end of an engagement should be a handover, not a hostage situation. Our job is to leave you with infrastructure that doesn't need us in order to work.

Honesty about fit

If we're not the right partner for what you need, we'll say so on the first call. The cost of working with the wrong consultant is higher than the cost of waiting for the right one.

Jadina Tesch

Jadina is the founder and principal of Kalea Enterprises LLC. She has been building marketing infrastructure for digital businesses since 2014 — funnel architecture, lifecycle automation, tracking systems, and the strategic thinking that ties them together.

Her background is the unglamorous middle of digital business: the part that sits between the marketing team and the engineering team, where most projects either come together or quietly fall apart. After more than a decade in that middle, she founded Kalea Enterprises to do that work the way it should be done — small scope, written deliverables, real handovers.

She works directly with every client. There is no junior team to be passed to, no account manager between you and the work. The trade-off is deliberate: fewer engagements, done properly.

  • 2014 Began full-time work in digital marketing infrastructure and funnel implementation.
  • 2024 Founded Kalea Enterprises LLC to focus on small-scope, high-care consulting engagements.
  • Languages English and German, with international clients across both markets.
